St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and the kitchen at Top Hat is celebrating with a lineup of Irish-inspired specials that are perfect for pairing with a pint and good company.

This year’s features include house-made corned beef braised in Bayern Killarney Red Lager, bringing rich flavor to several festive dishes available for a limited time. And if you’re looking for the perfect pairing, Bayern Killarney Red Lager is also on tap now, just in time for the celebration.

These specials are available now through March 25th, while supplies last.

Here’s a list of the Top Hat’s 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Specials:

• Irish Egg Rolls | Corned beef, cabbage, and caramelized onion stuffed egg rolls served with beer cheese dipping sauce.

• Reuben Sandwich | Sliced corned beef brisket, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on thick-cut marble rye. Served with your choice of side.

• Shepherd’s Pie | Mashed garlic potatoes, corned beef, yellow onion, cream gravy, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, and chives. Served with a side house salad.

• Irish Cream Coffee Cake (Contains Alcohol) | Espresso sponge cake topped with Irish cream whipped frosting, grated chocolate, and toasted coconut.

The bar is also serving up a couple festive drink specials for the occasion:

• The Maid Behind the Bar | Neversweat whiskey, elderflower liqueur, cucumber, lemon, and simple syrup.

• The Irish Rover | Baileys Irish Cream and Kahlua, served as a shot.
