PURCHASING TICKETS | When available, advance tickets can be purchased at the Top Hat Lounge’s Website, Facebook page and Box Office (the Box Office will operate Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM). Online tickets will be available until 6:00 PM the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office until the show has concluded.
WILL CALL | If a customer elects to have his or her tickets retrieved via Will Call, the physical tickets will only be available at the Top Hat Lounge Box Office the day of the show. In order to pick up the purchased tickets, the purchaser must present a valid picture ID and the credit card used for purchase.
Unless a show is canceled, there will be no refunds or exchanges. All purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
